To make sure Outlook is in Cached mode, follow these instructions. Note: Once the setting is made, Outlook can take as long as 60 mins to download a local copy of your email. While this is taking place, Outlook will not visibly update with new messages. Please let it run and finish the process! Once complete, things will begin working normally again Select "File" in Outlook and follow the screenshots below
